PV Systems Temp Support Duties
· Hours 8-5 Responsibilities during RFP project
· Responsible for running routine reports and queries from the GPV database tables using SQL when needed
· Support computerized system validation testing
· Responsible for PV systems Product Dictionary entries and routine maintenance in databases
· Product Dictionary updates and new entries
· Product Family maintenance
· Product Line updates
· Responsible for triage tickets for system support ·
1st line of support for PV System tickets
· Support new user set up in PV Systems
· PV Systems set up
· Curricula assignments
· Mailbox maintenance
· Supporting initial login for new users
· Support Training coordination for PV User community
· New User trainings
· Support communication to PV System User community
· Front line to User community for system support
· Support PV system monitoring and liaise with IT / Vendor to resolve system issues
· Case Type Changes
· Product Family verifications
· Supports review of PV Documentation
· Support PV Documentation organization and archiving
· Supports dashboard maintenance and monitoring
· All other duties assigned by Leadership
Skills
· Experience with GxP computerized systems
· Experience with SQL
· Well organized; ability to prioritize assigned tasks
· Experience working within a team environment
· Experience with customer service Education
· IT or Business Degree (Associate or Bachelors)
Preferred: Experience with global systems and users
