We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Vet Digital Marketing team across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to help drive projects forward across multiple channels—including websites, data analytics, email marketing, social media, and live or virtual events. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their digital marketing career by gaining hands-on experience in multi-channel campaign execution and cross-functional project management.
 

Key Responsibilities
•    Project & Traffic Management: Track the status of ongoing initiatives to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain timelines, project trackers, and action items.
•    Agency Management: Assist in day-to-day communications and coordination with external agencies and vendor partners to keep deliverables aligned with goals.
•    Multi-Channel Campaign Support: Provide tactical execution and coordination support across a wide range of marketing pillars:
•    Websites: Assist with content updates, QA testing, and page tracking.
•    Data: Help gather metrics, pull basic performance reports, and organize marketing data.
•    Email: Support the scheduling, testing, and deployment of email campaigns.
•    Social Media: Assist with content calendar coordination, asset gathering, and post-scheduling.
•    Events: Help coordinate digital deliverables, promotional assets, and logistical details for upcoming events.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as an organized hub between team members, creative resources, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and alignment.

Experience: 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (internships or previous coordinator roles are a huge plus).
