Description:
The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced analytical laboratory environment to evaluate pharmaceutical powder and tablet microstructure along with comprehensive material characterization studies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- He/she will be involved in developing analytical methods for microstructural characterization using Raman imaging and Polarized Light Microscopy.
- Develop quantitative models using Raman spectroscopy, MIR and NIR for active formulations to determine content uniformity and solid form.
- Establish statistical models on the experimental data by machine learning applications.
- Possess efficient inter-personal skills to work in a team of diverse roles and background.
Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in Raman Spectroscopy, Near-Infrared, Mid-Infrared, UV-Vis HPLC analytical methods is required.
- Experience in python and machine-learning skills is preferred.
- Adequate understanding of spectroscopic methods and pharmaceutical formulation development is pref
Academic Requirements:
BS or MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other relevant discipline with 0-3 year of experience.
