The Print Services Coordinator will support the production and delivery of print collateral and premium items for promotional, non-promotional, and scientific communications. This role will assist Marketing, Animal Health, and other business partners by coordinating print projects, managing timelines, and ensuring materials are delivered on schedule and within quality standards. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and print vendors to track project progress and support day-to-day production needs.
Assist with coordinating print projects from initial request through final delivery (brochures, premiums, promotional items, etc.).
Support Marketing and business partners with project timelines, estimates, and vendor communication.
Submit requests through established systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and route items through proper review and approval workflows.
Request and track purchase orders; confirm timely delivery of materials to the correct destination (warehouse, conferences, field teams).
Assist with vendor bidding and sourcing coordination under the manager's guidance.
Monitor project status, update stakeholders, and assist in resolving routine issues.
Maintain organized records of print projects, vendor quotes, and delivery schedules.
Ensure quality standards and brand guidelines are met for all printed and promotional items.
Support reporting tasks such as cost tracking, invoice follow-up, and project close-outs.
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of print production processes (pre-press, digital/offset printing, finishing).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe InDesign/Illustrator is a plus.
Previous experience coordinating vendors or marketing/print projects preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in print production, marketing coordination, or related field.
